Many people who want to lose weight might either go on some sort of weight loss ‘diet’, or join a weight loss class like Slimming World or Weight Watchers. 

Unfortunately, most people who lose weight tend to put it back on (or sometimes even more) within a year or two.

Why is it so hard to keep weight off?
