Why we do it
Simply put, most weight loss diets and services don’t work in the long term. The majority of people who lose weight will put it back on with a year or two.
Losing weight and keeping weight off long term requires realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes. This includes exercising, nutrition and developing a mindset to help you achieve and maintain your goals.
Most weight loss programmes don’t deliver exercise sessions within their programmes. Exercise is an important part of any weight loss programme and plays a big role in preventing people regaining weight.
A good weight loss programme should give you the information you need to help you make informed choices, have better nutrition and take back control of your weight and fitness.
BellyBusters offers women a one stop weight service to help them achieve their goals, have more confidence and look and feel better.
