Designed to work all areas of your body. Our fitness classes offer a range of exercises that combine body strength training, cardio and endurance to help you get fitter, burn off the calories and shape up.
We know it can sometimes be intimidating doing exercise, especially if you’re feeling out of shape and unfit. That’s why you’ll find BellyBusters classes welcoming and non-judgemental.
Depending on your current fitness levels, you can go at your own pace and choose from a range of easier or harder variations of exercises covered in the class.
How to book
If you’re on our 4 week or 12 week Weight Loss & Fitness Programme’s, then this class (along with the Thursday class) is included FREE as part of your package. Simply log in with the details given to you by the BellyBusters Team.
If you’re not on the 4 or 12 week Weight Loss & Fitness Programme, each class costs £5. To book onto a class is as easy as 1-2-3.
- Send us a text on your mobile or email us along with your name, telephone contact details and the message ‘Tuesday class‘.
- We’ll contact you to arrange payment and send you log in details for the class that you’ve chosen.
- Log into the class a few minutes before the start time and you’re good to go.
